ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $50 will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy
$25USD non-refundable pet fee. Per pet, per night. Maximum two pets per room.

 

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus a $200USD incidental deposit. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy
Guests must have a valid photo id and credit card in order to register. Room, tax, and incidental deposit will be authorized at time of check in. If wishing to pay cash, guests may do so at the end of their stay, and the credit card authorization secured at time of hotel check in will be released. Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize first night’s room and tax, prior to hotel arrival. Should the hotel be unable to secure authorization for this amount, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Pool Policy
Indoor Pool Hours of Operation (subject to change):
Monday – Friday - 6:30am to 12pm and 5pm to 10pm
Saturday - Sunday - 9am to 10pm

Smoking Policy
The St. Louis City Center Hotel is 100% smoke free in public areas and all guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to guests violating this policy in the guest rooms. Smoking areas are located outside the building on the 13th floor sun deck as well as a designated area outside the lobby.
